Gastronorm Pans
Keep foods chilled at
or below HACCP guidelines of +41ºF (5ºC) without the use of messy
ice. Simply freeze ColdFest® for eight hours and add pre-chilled
products such as salads, condiments or vegetables. The third-size
food pan will hold contents cold for up to eight hours. Made of high
impact ABS material and non-toxic gel, ColdFest Food Pans are
designed to perform with frequent and heavy use in a food service
operation. The durable sanitary seal between inner and outer shell
reduces separation and leakage.
